Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Products must be returned in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Qryzo is not responsible for lost return packages.
